This bridge is located in Franconia Notch State Park. It carries a road over the Pemigewasset River just a short distance from the Franconia Notch Visitors Center. The bridge was built in 1858, the truss is a Paddleford. The Covered portion of the bridge is 50'-0" long and the clear span of 41'-4" between abutments. The bridge width is 20'-9", the roadway width is 11'-8". The Flume Bridge, along with the Sentinal Pine Bridge are all part of some of the natural attractions that make up the area generally known as Flume.
